All athletics (or designee) must check in at the door, verify their charting and pick up their packet.  Doors open at 8:00 am.

Staging Times for Kihon Competition:
>If you would like to participate in this competition, report directly to assigned ring by 8:30 am, line up in pairs.  Each technique will be demonstrated to you in the rings. 

>Kihon Competition is only for participants under 18 years old, but one has to be a participant in the tournament.  
>There is no fee for this event.
>The division you compete in the tournament will be the divisions you compete here.

  - Ring 1:    Novice
   - Ring 2:    Advanced  
   - Ring 3:    Intermediate
   - Ring 4:    Beginners (may have separate competition for ages 5-7)

>For each ring, there will be two rounds.
>Round 1 for Gold & Silver Medals then Round 2 for two bronze medals.
>Medals will be our custom Tora No Maki Challenge Medals.

>But for now, here are the techniques:  
Each technique will be performed three (3) times for each round, with a "kiah" on the last.
Beginner:
Round 1: Front-Kick Middle then Reverse-Punch Middle
Round 2: Lunge-Punch Middle
Novice:
Round 1: Front-Kick Middle then Down-Block, then Reverse-Punch Middle
Round 2: Down-Block then Reverse-Punch Middle
Intermediate:
Round 1: Side-Kick Middle then Spinning-Back-Kick Middle then Reverse-Punch Middle.
Round 2: Front-Kick Middle then Round House-Kick Middle then Reverse-Punch
Advanced:
Round 1: Jumping Front-Kick High then Reverse-Punch Middle  (JodanTobi-Mad-Geri then Chudan-Gyaku-Zuki)
Round 2: Side-Kick Middle then Spinning-Back-Kick Middle then Reverse-Punch Middle.
                  (Chudan Yoko-Geri, Chudan Ushiro-Geri, then Chudan Gyaku-Zuki)

Staging Times for Kata:


The following divisions must report directly to their rings after the 9:00 am opening ceremonies.

   - Ring 1:      
   - Ring 2:      
   - Ring 3:       Times and Divisions will be posted by September 20, 2007     
   - Ring 4:    

Remaining divisions will be called to staging as rings clear.

All athletics are responsible to be at the commencement of the tournament and remain until their divisions are called.   Athletics that do not show up to staging when called may be disqualified.

Registration Cost:
>No Penalty Registration by:  Spetember 11, 2007. After then, CASH ONLY +$10 Late Fee.
>No Registration after Sept 18, 2007.
>$50 Kata and/or Kumite (includes customized TNM Dog Tag on chain).
>Kihon Competition for 4-17 yr olds, no fee.
>Spectator Fees: Adults $5 per person, Seniors and School Students $3 (children under 6 free)
>Awards: Gold, Silver & Bronze custom medals on 1.5" ribbons.  Two third place medals for PKF & WKF divisions.
>Participant 2.5" Star Medals with Karate insert on 1.5" ribbon for competitors under 14 years old.
